    What initiative ashoka took to spread Buddhism

    Dear Student,

    In the Aryamanjusrimulakalpa, Ashoka takes contributions to every one of these stupas, going in a chariot embellished with valuable metals. He offered gifts to viharas and mathas. He sent his lone girl, Sanghamitra, and child, Mahindra, to spread Buddhism in Sri Lanka (at that point known as Tamraparni), Stupa.
    The following initiatives had been taken by him: 

    1. He designated Dhamma Mahamattas to show individuals Dhamma. 
    2.He sent numerous Buddhist priests to far of spots like Thailand, Myanmar, China to spread the message of Buddhism. 
    3.He assembled numerous Chiatyas, Viharas to help the priests. 
    4.He sent his child and little girl to Sri lanka to spread the message of buddhism.

    1.The war of Kalinga made Ashoka desperate, because of which he decided to spread to BUDDHISM.
    2.He inscribed his messages on pillars and rocks, instructing his officials to read this message to those who couldn't.
    3. He also sent messengers to spread ideas about dhamma to other lands euch as Syria, Egypt and Sri Lanka.
