can we use associative property instead of distributive property under multiplication?

Please give projects on number system amd integers.

 i hav a question... actually its not something related to this chapter but its something regarding my projects.... the problem is that i got a project on tessellation which has a sub-topic asymmetric tessellation but neither any reference book nor does internet websites have any info on this topic.......please can the experts help me... i really need some help......

if the question is use distrubutive property over addition and subtraction for multiplication and simplify it how to do it. for example:- 3845 into 5 into 782 + 769 into 25 into 218.
