JEE Mains, JEE-Advanced, and NEET 2020 exam dates announced

JEE Mains JEE-Advance 2020 exam dates announcedEnding uncertainty for engineering and medical college aspirants, the Union Human Resource Development Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal announced the fresh dates of holding JEE and NEET on Tuesday. He made the announcement on Twitter as well as Facebook during a webinar.

According to the latest update, the JEE-Mains exams will be held from July 18-23 while NEET will be conducted on July 26. The HRD minister informed the students that the IIT-JEE Advanced exam will be held in August and the exact dates will be announced later on.

Earlier, the exams had been declared postponed due to a nationwide lockdown announced to contain the COVID-19 spread. Students were desperately waiting for the announcement of the fresh dates for the exams as it would help them plan their strategy for studying and preparation as well.

Considering the pressure on students and the loss of important academic time due to the nationwide lockdown, the syllabus for JEE Main and NEET 2021 had been curtailed. Pokhriyal urged students to self-study and take the help of the various digital learning sources.
