JEE Advanced Results 2018 Announced on June 10

JEE advanced result 2018The results for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2018 were announced on the 10th of June 2018. The results were announced by IIT Kanpur, the conducting institute for this year’s exam. More than 1.5 lakh students appeared for the exam, both Paper 1 and Paper 2, out of which a little above 18000 students have cleared it. This is the lowest number of qualifiers for the exam in the last seven years.

Pranav Goyal from Panchkula district of Haryana is the All India JEE Advanced topper for 2018, with 337 marks out of 360.  Sahil Jain from Kota and Kailash Gupta bagged the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

Here’s How you can Check your JEE Advanced Result 2018:

  • Visit: https://www.jeeadv.ac.in/
  • Click on JEE (Advanced) 2018 Result
  • Enter your Registration No., Date of birth, Mobile No. and Email Address and sign in
  • Once you have accessed your result, you may save the file or take a print for future reference.

Now that the result have been announced, the admission process goes on as follows – Qualifying candidates register for their preferences under the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA), beginning 15th June.
