Why fat is always placed at the top of food pyramid?
Dear student, food pyramid is a triangular shaped pyramid in which the uppermost portion represents the minimum food that needs to be eaten. Since fats should be taken in minimum quantity as they are not good for health so they are placed at the top of the pyramid. Thanks and regards.
