Subject: Seeking permission for change in school time during winter session

I would like to seek your permission for effecting a change in school timings for the winter session. Students have to travel for long distances quite early in the morning and it is extremely cold during that time. Most of the students fall ill during this time of the year due to the dank chilly weather. So it would be feasible for everyone involved if the class timings can be pushed back to a later but convenient hour.

Hence,it is my earnest request that you will be so kind as to do the needful
