Well!! to know whether all the principles are adopted in McDonalds or not, you need to carefully observe their working and operations. I mean how they operate, how they manage day-to-day work and task management. How the order is communicated from front end to the kitchen? You can also analyse how they close a particular order in terms of communication, co-ordination and supervising various sub-tasks. Frankly speaking, in my opinion obviously, a few of the principles are quite generic and are applicable for all types of organisation irrespective of their nature of business and scale. At the same time, a few might not be applicable in particular scenarios. You need to evaluate those principles and their applicability. But in one liner- Most of the principles stand valid and have universal applicability.
