but if the pollen grains of a flower reaches to a flower of another kind is called cross pollenation or some other term is used

?????????????????

Dear Student!

Fertilization takes place only if the gametes are of same species. Cross pollination is the transfer of pollen from anther of one plant to the stigma of another plant. Yes,  "cross pollination" can be used for transfer of pollens between two different plant species, but this would not lead to fertilization.

@Dhananjay: Very good! Keep up the good work.

Maybe it's called "cross pollination" but the fertilisation wont take place and the pollen will perish. This is because the flowers concerned belong to different species.
