Post fertilization of the male and female gamete in the
flowering plants,the fusion of the gametes forms an embryo which is
the future plant contained in the ovule (egg or female gametes)
which gets transformed into the seed
The ovary gets transformed into the fruit (usually edible)
Grain is a small, one-seeded fruit of cereals like wheat in
which the fruit and the seed walls are united
