a. Out of the above mentioned options, option  D is correct.
b. As in South Africa, the  white Europeans imposed the system of apartheid on the blacks that divided the people on the basis of their skin colour. 
c. Thus, the constitution there had to symbolise the end of this discriminatory system.

Actally option should be changed as whites were the minorities and blacks were the majorities.With this change option C is the correct answer.
