3 OUT OF 2 PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE WITH FRACTIONS

3 out of 2 people have trouble with fraction means 32×100=3002=150% people have trouble with fraction.Although it is not possible as 3 out of 2 is not making any sense since you cannot draw3 balls from 2 balls or yopu cannot pic three apples from 2 apples.
