Differenciate betwen insolation and terrestrial radiation

-insolation - the amount of solar radiation recieved on the earth is called insolation . it si produced in the form of short waves as electromagnetic radiation . it does not heat up the atmosphere.

-terrestrial radiation-most of the short waves produced by isolation are reflected from the earth . this causes in the heating up of the atmosphere .as its source begins from the ground the lower parts are affected more . thus with the increase in hight the decrease in temperature is caused.
