and
in multiple fission many daughter cells can be produced as in case of plasmodium(diagram given in pg no. 130 of our NCERT book)

In binary fission 2 daughter cells are formed....Ex-Amoeba and in binary fission many daughter cells are formed.....Ex-Plasmodium.
