Does the speaker seem happy about his decision ( Road not Taken ) ?

The tone of the poem does not show that the poet is discontented with the road that he took. It seems that he is happy that he did not take the other road. He chose the road less travelled by and he thinks that it as made all the difference. I think the speaker is happy about his decision.
