any consumers who receives a service in what ever service, regardless of age, gender, and nature of service, has right to choose whether to continue to receive the service.
Ex- you go to a shop and want to buy a toothpaste, but shop owner says that she can sell you toothpaste only if you buy a tooth brush. if you are not interested in buying a tooth brush then you right to choose is denied.
