explain the ending of the song?

The poem 'Song of the Rain' ends with a kind of blessing to all. The rain bids farewell to all when it departs with love. It recollects its various aspects. It says it is the 'laughter' from the colourful field of the spirit. It gives love even after being a 'sigh' from the deep sea of affection and like 'tears' from the endless heaven of memories. In other words, the rain despite being all these, gives out life, love and affection to all.
