a. Calyx: The collective term for sepals of a flower is calyx.
b. Corolla: The collective term for petals of a flower is corolla
c. Androecium: The male reproductive part of the flower is called Androecium. It consists of the stamen which has two parts : the anther and the filament.
d. Gynoecium: The female reproductive part of the flower is called Gynoecium. It consists of : Stigma , style and Ovary.

Rose, banana and jasmine have lost the capacity to produce seeds and propagate through them, so vegetative propagation is the only mode of reproduction possible for them.

Rose,Banana and jasmine are grown by using vegetattive propagation because they have no other way of reproduction as they are not able to make viable seeds.Vegetative propagation is more rapid, easier and cheaper method of ptopagating plants as compared to seeds. the special or the desirable characteristics are maintained in the progerny as sexual production causes variation.
