Since the line makes equal intercept on the positive axis.

So slope of the line(m) = -1

Therefore the equation of line in slope form is

$(y + \frac{1}{5}) = - 1 (x - \frac{8}{5}) 5 y + 1 = - 5 x + 8 x + y = \frac{7}{5}$
