Give the character sketch of Peter Williams, the sailor. It is from Gulliver Travels, Ch8, Part-1.

Peter Williams was an old comrade of Gulliver whom he encountered when he left Lilliput and Blefuscu for back home. He was kind to Gulliver, even though he doubted the story Gulliver told him, and thought that he was rambling. However when Gulliver showed him proof, he was quite astonished, and Gulliver promised him that he would give him gifts, once they landed back in England.
