hoe to measure the least count???/.......during our practical we haveto count least count of ammeter and voltmetter....pls tell how to do that manually

Main scale reading / No. of small divisons = Least Count

For eg:

1) Main scale reading of ammeter is suppose 0 - 1 i.e 1.

2) No. of small divisions between 0 - 1 is say 10.

3) Now divide : 1 / 10 = 0.1

4) Therefore Least count is 0.1
