how are beta particles emitted from a nucleus when it has no electrons?

beta emmision occurs when the neutron-proton ratio is quite high or quite low. When neutons are in greater number than protons in an unstablised nucleus then a neutron changes itself in a proton by emitting a beta minus particle or electron with an electron antineutrino to stablise the nucleus. electron neutino is a type of neutrino which has negligible mass and no charge and electron antineutrino is its anti particle

And when protons are in greater number than neutrons in an unstablised nucleus a proton changes itself in a neutron by emitting a beta plus particle or positron with an electron neutrino to stablise the nucleus. Positron is the antiparticale of electron having mass equal to electron but charge equal and opposite to electron.

In this way beta particles emitted from a nucleus when it has no electrons.
