in 9th standard, literature reader, ncert solutions, solitary reaper the answer for 6(c) is written as ballad. shouldn't the answer be soliluquy.

 A soliluquy is addressed to oneself and is generally philosophical or introspectory in nature. An example of a soliluquy would be Hamlet's well known oration "To Be or not to Be".  A ballad, on the other hand, is a narrative poem set to music. Thus, Ballad is the correct answer.
