in the graph of forward bias, what is knee voltage ?????

Hi San!

Knee voltage is the voltage at which the current through the diode increases rapidly. It is about 0.7 V for silicon diodes and 0.3 V for germanium diodes. Knee voltage is denoted by Vk. At knee voltage, the potential barrier of the junction is completely overcome And after this point, variation of current and voltage becomes non-linear.

Cheers!!
