Mrs Packletide was a good shot . Discuss.

Mrs. Packletide was not at all a good shooter. This statement can be justified by the action where she was supposed to shoot the tiger but instead shot the bait, the goat. She spent so much money on this shoot but all in vain as she did not shoot her target. However, she was a cunning lady who took a chance and changed the fake to reality by declaring that she had shot the tiger, truth being otherwise.

you can write like this

          mrs packletide was not a good shot because she couldn't hit the tiger even if it was an old and weak one she had spent a lot money on the shot . at the time of shot  it was their luck that the tiger died of heart failure as the bullet hit the goat , hence we can say that mrs packletide was not a good shot because she was even not able to hunt an old tiger.
