it becomes difficult to rule a country by a single authority, thus
the power is shared between different states for better
governance
Also, Power sharing is desirable :

so it wont lead to conflicts
wont allow power to be in the hands of a single
person
holds the spirit of democracy
as it reduces the possibility of conflicts between
social groups i e power sharing is a good way to ensure the
stability of order
