Real democracy is not possible without universal adult franchise. Why?

This is because if people cannot choose their leaders then they have to bear the injustices of the government as the leaders will have no fear and they will do whatever they like.

In parliamentry form, the rule says all people(above 18) in democracy have the right to vote which is UAF.

For this, there cannot be democracy without universal adult franchise.

Real democracy implies the right to vote of the citizens in order to choose their own representatives. For instance, in our country every citizen can exercise this vote after the age of 18. universal adult franchise means where all adults are free to vote. and when there will be freedom for all adults to vote means to choose their government, we can tell that, the country is democratic. as we know domocracy is the word used for the government choosed by the people.

In  a  real  democracy,  people  should  have  a  real  choice.  So,  for  this  choice  to  be  granted,  all  the  people  should  enjoy  'Universal  Adult  Franchise'.  It  means  that  every  citizen,  without  the  discrimination  of  rich  or  poor,  male  or  female,  black  or  white,  should  be  given  the  right  to  vote  /  political  freedom.

Hence,  real  democracy  is  not  possible  without  universal  adult  franchise.

Because if Universal Adult Franchise Would not be there then there would not be equal voting rights for all.
