The earth attracts the moon. Does the moon also attract the earth ? If it does, why does the

earth not move towards the moon ?

Earth and moon both apply gravitational force on each other. The earth has very large mass than the moon hence its pull is more than that of moon. This is the reason why earth does not move towards the moon instead pull moon towards it.

according to third law moon also attracts earth with a force equal to  that with which the earth attracts the moon but the earth is much larger the moon .so the accelaration produced in the earth is not noticsable

Both earth and moon attracts each other But ...

Acoording to the universal law of gravitation,

Force between two bodies is directly propotional to its weight or mass. More the weight , more the force of attracion of a particular body.

Earth's weight or mass is more than Moon's weight,  So... it forces moon to revolve around the earth.
