The character sketches of Mr Otis and Sir Simon have been
uploaded on the website You can view them by selecting the
'Character Sketches' option and then going on to 'Chapter IV' and
then 'Lesson1' Similarly , you can view the character sketches of
all other major characters We are in the process of resolving the
technical error
