WHEN A TOXIC NON BIODEGRADABLE WASTE,PESTISIDE,INSECTISIDE ENTER A FOOD CHAIN THROUGH PRODUCERS,GO ONCONCENTRATING AT HIGHER TROPHIC LEVELS,THIS IS CALLED BIOLOGICAL MAGNIFICATION.SORRY I DO NOT KNOW ITS CAUSES.

when harmful pesticides such as DDT enters in a food chain.

And causes harm to organism in increasing order of trophic level.

For example

GRASS (1% concerntration of DDT)>>GOAT(10%)>>LION(100%)

the increase in the concerntration of harmful  chemical level at each tropic level is called biological magnification.........its cause are ddt , pesticide etc .................. if like please thumbs up
