 what makes helen, the ghost, and her other co-ghosts organize the writers inspiration bureau?

The ghost had had a hard time in her human life as a writer so much so, that she thought purgatory to be heaven. She had struggled immensely and probably had to deal a lot with the lack of ideas and inspirations. This is why in her ghost life she, with like-minded ghosts, founded 'The Writer's Inspiration Bureau' so that she could help out the living struggling writers by giving them ideas for their work and save them from the horrid suffering that she and her fellow ghosts had to go through as writers when they were mortals.

the ghosts had faced the same problem when they wer living. so they try to help writers who are in need of a plot and a mind soft enough to accept impression.
