hey there people!
i got my ssc holiday assignment . I am supposed to collect info about a certain industry in my own region. The exact question as given in the sheet is as follows:-

Select any one industry in your region and find out its history. How has the technology changed? Where do the workers come from? How are the products advertised and marketed? Try and talk to the employers and some workers to get their views about the industry's history.

Can you please suggest me some good popular ones and those on which I would enjoy researching, unlike iron and steel and all the industries. I want some like beverage, beauty products, FOOD PRODUCTS(hope i get this!!) and related ones.
