why are people allowed to challenge the governments decision in the courts?
 

As,the court are the places of appeal ,if the laws formulated by the government violate the rights of the citizens or if they are a source of injustice and oppression then the people have every right to challenge them .Constitution has kept a way in the form of writs to challenge any law which goes against the rights.
