Why do we need to conserve our forest and wildlife?

Most people are too busy with their own little lives to realize what is going on in the environment and eco system and it's important we look up information on the Internet to be aware of what we should fight for as far as clean air and keeping our forests and animal life safe and healthy. Nature is a delicate balance and everything has a use to keep that balance.
Because of poor air quality in many cities in the world there are more cases of asthma, allergies and much worse diseases. If we don't keep enough trees our air will never be clean because trees filter out the pollutants in the air. They provide shade from the sun and food for animals. If we don't protect one specie of animals or mammals then the whole chain of events is unleashed. Trees help in maintaining the co2 level of atmosphere as they observe co2 and give out oxygen.
Wildlife is an important thing in this world. It helps in maintaining the ecoligical balance, economical value and aesthetic or recreational value.
Wild animals are dependent on forests as their home. In the 20th century the conservation of forest was realized by 2 developments. We need to conserve forest for protecting the animals too. We need to increase the area of forest, we need to stop cutting of trees. Establish a wide corridor in reserved forest and energy use.
Thus by conserving forests we can able to protect wild animals.

Conservation preserves our biiodiversity and life supporting system i.e. Water, soil n air

It also preserves the genetic diversity of plants and animals for better growth and breeding.

we need to conserve our forest and wildlife becoz:

(i) conservation preserves the ecological diversity and our life supporting systems -- water , air , soil.

(ii) it also preserves the genetic diversity of plants and animals for better growth of spieces and breeding.

(iii) in agriculture, we are still dependent on traditional crop varities. Fishers too are heavily dependent on the maintenance of aquatic biodiversity.

(1) Forest are biodiverse hotspots. The main aim of conservation of forests is to try and preserve the biodiversity we have inherited as loss of diversity may lead to loss of ecological stability.

(2) We should conserve forests for prevention of floods and soil erosion. We should also conserve forests for the availability of forest materials for future generations.

(3) It is important to conserve the large number of species of wildlife (ranging from bacteria, fungi, insects, birds, reptiles etc.) found in forests to maintain the ecological balance.
We should conserve forests and wildlife because they are essential for us in following terms:
1. Forest provide us oxygen, they cause rain fall.
2. Forest prevents soil erosion.
3. Plants are dependent on animals and birds for their pollination and seed dispersal.
4. Forests provide us various medicines.
5. Various forest products are used as raw materials in industries.

Trees are mankinds lifeline. If they are destroyed, there is no way that human beings can survive. From the oxygen that we breathe in, the food that we eat, to the clothes we wear, we owe it all to the trees. Not only this, trees act as purifiers of air and receptacles of our waste products. Trees have great economic value too. We get fuel, fodder, timber, medicines and numerous other valuable products from the trees. It is, therefore, not surprising that trees were given great importance in our culture, our tradition, our mythology and legends. The entire Panchatantra revolves around forests and its inhabitants. Tulsi plant is always found and worshipped in a traditional home. Pipal tree is revered by all. Neem is valuable as an insecticide, germicide and medicine, in the times when there were no coolers or air conditioners people comforted themselves in the cool shades of mango, neem and other trees during summer heat. The survival of entire wild life depends upon the health and well being of our trees and specially our forests.
