Define Momentum? Give its SIunit
Hello all, Im currently studying in class 9th ICSE board. In my Half Yearly exams I have recieved very low marks, it was devastating for me since i have been getting about 90% marks in my previous classes, teachers told me that it was because of the marking pattern. What i wrote in the answer scripts, was infact correct, but didnt contain certain keywords and stuff. Please help me understand the checking pattern of the ICSE board. I want to get good marks in 9th and 10th.
The acceleration 'a' in m/s of a particle is given by a= 3tsq + 2t + 2, where t is time. if the particle starts out with a velocity v= 2m/s at t =0, then find the velocity at the end of 2sec.
If a man travels half of his journey at 50m/s and other half at 100m/s, find his average velocity during whole journay
"The second equation of motion is independent of final velocity." What does this mean?
Can we use the pythagoras theorm, to get the slope?
I m nt able 2 understand first equation of motion...
Wht is FINAL VELOCITY....
to measure the mass of a planet with same radius as the earth. an astronaut drops an oject from rest (relative to the planet)from ann altitude of one radius above the surface, when the object hits the surface of planet with a speed which is 4 times , then what it would be
a satellite is revolving around the earth at a height of 600 km from the surface. find the speed of the satellite , its magnitude of acceleration and time period of its motion around the earth. (take Mass of earth = 6 x 10^24 kg) and ( radius of earth = 6400 km)
the weight of an object reduces by a factor of 4 as it is taken from the earth's surface to a height of 6400 km, determine the radius of earth .
a satellite is revolving around an unkown planet in a circular orbit with time period T. the orbital radius of satellite is r, and the radius of planet is R. etermine the acceleration due to gravity at its surface and also the mass of the planet
a boy standing on a railroad car throws a ball straight upwards . the car is moving on the horizontal road with an accelration of 1 m/s^2 . and the projection velocity in the vertical direction is 9.8m/s. how far behind the boy will the ball fall on the car ?
a ball is dropped from a balloon going up at a speed of 7 m/s. if the balloon was at a height of 60 m at the time of dropping the ball , how long will the ball take in reaching the ground ?
A person is standing on a truck moving with a constant velocity of 14.7 m/s on a horizontal road. the man thorws the ball in such a way that it returns to the truck after the truck has moved 58.8 m. find the speed and angle of projection-
