Mam if 2096 and 2104 is a leap year. So why 2100 is not a leap year . According to the rule leap year comes after every 4 years but this time it is coming after 8 years. So where is the one day of 2100. So this means that 2100, 2200, 2300, 2500, 2600, 2700 etc are not the leap years. According to rule we divide leap year by 4 and which has 2 zeros at end are divided by 400. Why this rule is made . Please explain this with a suitable example.
