While preparing loss on issue debentures a/c can't we write security premium a/c instead of statement of p/l a/c as it can also be written off from capital profits. But there is only statement p/l a/c written there. Explain with proper reason.

If the debentures are issued at premium and redeemable at par then won't it be a loss to the debentureholders as they are getting less of what they have actually paid? Won't we call this case similar to the debentures redeemed as discount as in both cases debentureholders are at loss. Explain

Why do we show loss on issue of debentures redeemable at premium in the other non current assets of balance sheet? As the company has to write off this discount either in the year of issue or in fluctuating method so entire amount should not be in non current assets. Explain. if nothing is given then what do we asume?
