Answer 3- Due to growing hatred, humans are becoming unsympathetic and his urge to become high and keep doing cuts him off the society and all this is the root cause of his sufferings. 
Answer 4- By exotic moment, poet refers to the moment of quietness and stillness. It would be an exotic moment because it will bring brotherhood and peace. Men will attain it when they will give up on hatred and practise peace.
Answer 5- Yes, the poem criticises modern advancement and progress because due to modernity, humans have become self-centred and hardly bother about each other.
