Given below are five idioms. Please note that it is not possible to post all the 100 idioms here. You have to look it up yourself.
  1. pulling your leg - to tease some one - Do not feel bad; Ram is simply pulling your leg.
  2. between a rock and a hard place - to be in difficult situation - I wanted to go to my grandfather's house but had much to study. I am confused and placed between a rock and a hard place.
  3. a leopard can't change its spots - a person cannot change his character - Ratheesh is adamant and he seems to be a leopard that cant change its spots.
  4. let the cat out of the bag - to reveal a secret -  The teacher asked the students to let the cat out of the bag, before she lost her temper.
  5. not my cup of tea - something that doesn't interest me - Reading books is not my cup of tea.
