tyres on his bicyle while the other has old and used tyres which
one of them is more likely to skid while moving through a road
which has lubricating oil spilled over it? why?

Dear student,

The tyres which are old and used are likely to skid Because the new
tyres are made in such way that there is friction between tyre and
road But in old and used tyre the surface might become smooth due
to wear and tear and hence the friction between the tyre and road
will be reduced with more chance of skidding
