2 electroscopes  (one positively charged a and other negatively charged b) are connected with a copper wire. What  will happen ?

firstly we can't say that electroscope is charged with which polarity.
If we know then the electrons will flow from negatively charge to positively charged electroscope and will become positive charged. The positively charged will become negatively charged.
