3. What will happen, if the restriction enzymes have more than one recognition site in a vector?
 

Dear student,
If restriction enzymes have more than one restriction sites in a vector then it will cleave at more than one site in a vector so desired site of integration of gene will not occur which will make cloning and genetic engineering difficult.
