As the workers are not performing due to the insufficient knowledge about the hi-tech machines. In this case, the workers can be provided with the vestibule training where the workers are made to learn on the dummy machines that are placed in the classrooms. Actual work environment is created during the training, once the workers gets adequate knowledge of operating the machines they are shifted to the actual workplace.
