9. Option 1 Indian economy operate inside PPC. As physical capital is not in use resources are not utilised.So we can conclude that indian economy will operate inside PPC.
10. Option 1 is correct. Decision regarding use of capital intensive or labour intensive techniques. How to produce means what we will use to produce - labour or machine. If we have more capital a firm can be capital intensive or if have less capital than they can be labour intensive.
