A basket of fruit has 23 apples and 17 oranges. What is the minimum number of changes you can make so that the ratio of apples to oranges is 3:1?

If we remove 2 apples and 10 oranges then,
Number of apples = 21
Number of oranges = 7
Ratio=21 : 7 = 3 : 1
