A cone has radius equal to the sum of the radius of a cylinder and the radius of a sphere. The curved surface area of the cylinder is 563200cm² and the volume of the cylinder is 157696000cm³. Also the total surface area of 14 such similar spheres was    5702400 cm². Pipes p and q are opened together for 780 hours which can fill the cone at the rate of 28 litres and 46 litres are respectively while operating individually. If height of the cone is 21/37 of its radius then the approximate percentage of the volume of the cone that Would Still Be empty would be?
