Capacity of container = 5012 = 1012 lt
And
it takes 2013 = 613 sec to fill
So,

1 liter filled in
6131012 = 61 × 23 × 101 = 122303sec
So,
1712 = 352 liter filled in = 352×122303 = 35 × 61303 = 2135303 = 714303 Sec            ( Ans )
