Here laws of induction will follow
(1) If they are slightly separated
When a positively charged rod is brought close to two touching
metallic spheres A and B, then negative charge will be induced on
the nearer A sphere and positive charge will appear on the far side
of sphere B
(2) If the glass rod is taken away
No charges will be present as the source induction is removed
and charges will relocate to their original positions
(3) If A and B are separated far apart
In this case there will be no influence of one sphere on another
and thus no charges will be present on either
