I think that
A parasite which can act as a saprophyte is also called as Facultative saprophyte because it can change itself from parasitic mode to saprophytic mode if nutrition but if it would had been given that "A Saprophyte which can act as a parasite" then it would be called as FACULTATIVE PARASITE.
