A physical examines a number of sick people daily. But he normally does not fall sick himself. How this happens?

this is because the doctor's (physician)  immune system is fooled and it is aware of the microorganisms causing the disease therefor the immune system can eliminate these causative organisms which is why he does not fall ill.... i hope this helped :)
