Time taken by stone to fall
T = sqrt(2H/g)
= sqrt(2 * 44.1 / 9.8)
= 3 seconds

Time taken by sound to travel = 3.13 - 3 = 0.13 seconds

Velocity of sound = Distance / Time
= 44.1 / 0.13
